On that occasion, the new Executive Board of the Confederation of European Managers was elected: Ludger Felik Ramme (President), Makima Legrand (Secretary General), Ebba Ohlund (Deputy Secretary General) and Luigi Caprioglio (Treasurer).
AMM President, Mr. Raičković, joined the Executive Committee and the Administrative Council of the European Confederation of Managers CEC.
The goals of the organization have been defined in the next three years, and the focus will be on two key pillars – further active participation in the European social dialogue where CEC is a recognized partner and issues that are important for recognizing the social role of managers, gender equality, digitalization and intergenerational shift.
Congress was also the host of the seminar on artificial intelligence management with the focus on how digital revolution affects companies and societies and what measures can be taken by managers and policymakers. During the seminar, CEC presented the results of its latest European panel of managers. More than 1400 European executives, experts and managers have been questioned about how the digital revolution has affected their professional lives in the past 10 years. The results of the panel underline how important responsible and human leadership will be for a sustainable development of our societies.
